Centenary House Nursing Home is seeking a reliable and hardworking Domestic Assistant to join our friendly team. This is an important role that helps ensure our residents enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
About the Role
As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the nursing home, including residents' rooms, communal areas, bathrooms, and other facilities
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising residents' bedrooms and communal areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Following infection prevention and control procedures
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and staff
- Working as part of a team to uphold the home's high standards

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
