We are looking for a Principal Digital Solutions Consultant who can lead complex digital transformation engagements from initial discovery through to implementation. This is not a purely technical or advisory position. You will work closely with clients, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to turn business challenges into clear digital strategies and scalable solutions.
You will take ownership of high-value consulting projects, guide multidisciplinary teams and ensure that every recommended solution is commercially realistic, technically achievable and aligned with the client's long-term objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy Development
Assess client objectives, operational challenges and existing technology environments to create practical digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
Solution Definition
Translate complex business requirements into clear solution concepts, operating models, implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
Client Engagement
Lead discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews and strategic workshops with senior client representatives.
Programme Leadership
Provide strategic direction across digital projects and ensure that delivery teams remain aligned with the agreed scope, business case and intended benefits.
Commercial Analysis
Evaluate the costs, risks, dependencies and expected returns associated with proposed digital initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Present recommendations, findings and solution options clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team Development
Mentor consultants and analysts, review project outputs and provide constructive guidance that improves the quality of client delivery.
Market Awareness
Monitor developments in digital platforms, automation, data, artificial intelligence and enterprise technology to identify relevant opportunities for clients.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
At least 7 years of experience in digital consulting, business transformation, technology strategy or enterprise solution delivery.
Consulting Background
Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements, managing senior stakeholders and producing strategic recommendations.
Digital Expertise
Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud services, enterprise systems, process automation, data solutions and systems integration.
Commercial Awareness
Ability to connect technical recommendations with business performance, operational efficiency, customer experience and financial outcomes.
Leadership
Experience mentoring consultants, coordinating multidisciplinary teams or providing strategic direction across major programmes.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal English, with the confidence to lead workshops and present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
A degree in business, technology, information systems, engineering or a related discipline is preferred. Relevant consulting, project management, architecture or cloud certifications would be advantageous.

You are structured, commercially aware and comfortable working with uncertainty. You know how to challenge assumptions, simplify complex problems and turn strategy into an achievable plan.
Pay: £76,000.00-£91,000.00 per year
