Are you organised, proactive, and detail-oriented and do you thrive working in a fast-paced change environment? Do you enjoy working with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver sprints using Agile methodology to an agreed schedule? If so, we’re looking for a PMO & Agile Delivery Specialist to join us on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2027.

The role will offer hybrid working based from Harrogate (HG2 7DL). Please note that this position is not suitable for fully remote applicants, as regular on-site collaboration in Harrogate is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans for nominated project areas
- Keep plans aligned with approved scope, priorities, resource and commitments
- Monitor progress against milestones in the plans, highlighting any variances or concerns
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Help maintain a clear and actionable delivery pipeline for the project
- Ensure sessions are well prepared, outcome-driven and aligned with project objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful resource planning and project delivery
- Use Agile and project performance metrics to provide insight to support decision making
- Prepare and update required project documentation and governance logs
What you bring
- You are proactive, self-managing and positive in a fast-paced change environment
- Experience supporting complex projects using structured planning and Agile delivery
- Quick learner with a structured approach
- Organised and methodical, translating activity into clear plans, schedules and actions
- Detail-focused, maintaining accurate information for governance and reporting.
- Confident collaborator who communicates clearly and challenges constructively
- Professional and discreet, championing strong PMO standards and Agile practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Jira; Confluence and portfolio tools are desirable
