Summary
Our governors are seeking to appointment a hard-working, conscientious Site Supervisor to help maintain and secure our premises to a high standard, ensuring all our buildings and grounds provide a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all our pupils, staff and visitors.
Duties include site security and supervision, organise and maintain the school, painting, managing contractors, and carrying out caretaking tasks such as basic maintenance, minor repairs, building/ grounds maintenance, statutory compliance and Health & Safety. Although weekly hours are specified above, a level of flexibility for additional hours will be required to support the needs of the school.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and positive person, who is approachable and has a calm professional manner and the ability to communicate well. You will be able to plan and prioritise your workload effectively and work with minimal supervision. You are expected to take your holidays outside term time.
