About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Exam Publishing department as a Production Coordinator. You will be supporting the team in the development and delivery of traditional and digital material within the Assessment division. The role would suit candidates seeking experience in publishing, offering scope to progress within the business.
The Production Coordinator role requires a high level of proofing and organisational skills to deliver critical high-quality, error-free assessments on time and to a detailed session plan. The role coordinates production teams, including external specialists and suppliers, provides support across the Exam Publishing production team throughout an annual cycle and works with external suppliers on the delivery and receipt of work. The role also works collaboratively with others such as external vendors and Subject Managers on tasks.
This opportunity can be offered on a hybrid basis to those living a commutable distance from Cardiff, generally requiring one day per week onsite on a Tuesday (occasionally multiple office days are required but this is only a couple of weeks in a year).
We offer a Flexible-Working Schedule with our core hours being 10am-12pm and 2pm-3pm, meaning you can flex your hours between 7am and 7pm to suit your professional and personal needs.
