We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for an immediate start in Worcester.
This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for reliable candidates looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Location: Worcester
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Days: Tuesday to Friday

The Role:
- ️ Collecting household waste and recycling
Working alongside a refuse collection vehicle
Loading bins and waste safely and efficiently
Working as part of a team to complete daily collection rounds
- ️ Following health & safety procedures at all times
️ Working outdoors in different weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Reliable and punctual
✅ Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
✅ Comfortable working outdoors
✅ Good team player with a strong work ethic
✅ Previous refuse/waste experience is beneficial but not essential
