Full time team leader to manage a small team.
We are looking for someone who will s passionate and knowledgable about gardens, capable of managing a team comfortably and leading by example.
Must be able to build a partnership with co-workers and a good relationship with customers.
Duties will include driving works van, weeding, mowing, strimming, hedge cutting and pruning
average of 40 hours a week. 20 days holiday + bank holidays paid.
Extra Unpaid leave available over winter (January-February)
Must be familiar with how to use and care for strimmers, hedge cutters, lawn mowers and lawn tractors.
Starting at £13 a hour will go up after completing a months probation to £15 a hour with yearly pay rise.
