The Role
We're looking for friendly, reliable and professional cleaners to join our growing team on a flexible zero-hours basis. Working in high-quality homes across Gloucestershire, you'll deliver exceptional cleaning standards while providing a warm, respectful and professional experience for every customer.
No two days are the same, and we encourage our team to take pride in noticing the little things that make a big difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality domestic cleaning to premium standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise all areas of the home.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces to an exceptional finish.
- Use eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment correctly.
- Spot areas that need extra attention and proactively go the extra mile.
- Build positive relationships with customers through friendly, professional communication.
- Maintain high standards of care, discretion and respect in customers' homes.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company cleaning methods.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and genuine pride in producing outstanding results.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
- Friendly and confident when speaking with customers.
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
- The right to work in the UK.
Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. We value attitude, reliability and willingness to learn just as highly as previous experience.
