Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and well experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant childcare team. Duties
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children’s developmental milestones across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and well-being at all times
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive social interactions among children
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and any incidents or concerns
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development, needs, and daily experiences
- Lead and support team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality childcare services
- Manage daily operational tasks such as organizing resources, ensuring cleanliness of the environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations
Experience
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting (a minimum of 1 year experience is required for this position)
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- Demonstrated management or leadership skills within a childcare environment
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and team members
- Experience in nursery or preschool environments is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
