About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Builder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across several building trades and be confident working independently or as part of a team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality construction, maintenance, and refurbishment projects for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of building tasks including carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, basic plumbing, and general repairs.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Diagnose issues on-site and provide practical, effective solutions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a multi-trade builder or similar role.
- Strong skills across a minimum of 2–3 core trades.
- Good knowledge of building regulations and safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Own tools preferred.
Desirable
- Experience in both domestic and commercial environments.
- Additional skills such as roofing, landscaping, or bricklaying.
