And here's the important bit – experience in tiles, bathrooms or even showroom management isn't essential.

Day to Day as our Showroom Manager You Will Be
- Taking ownership of showroom operations, leading from the front and driving your team to smash sales targets and KPIs
- Creating a fun, energetic and customer-focused environment while ensuring company standards are always maintained
- Coaching and developing your team, identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales

- Salary £34,000 per year, with OTE of £48,000
