JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Aftersales Administrator is to:
- Be responsible for all administrative aspects of the aftersales department, in accordance with company and franchise processes and policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support Aftersales dept in all aspects of invoicing.
- Submitting claims accurately to MAN UK.
- Carry out self-audits on all completed job packs to ensure manufacturer compliance.
- Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.
- Communicate with customers and obtain final order numbers
- Input costs on customers own portals .
- Carry out basic office duties and housekeeping.
- Assist front of house as and when required.
- Raise job packs in accordance with job requirement and audit standards.
- Customer service, face to face and handling phone enquiries.
