Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Housekeeper / Cleaner to come two or three days a week to help us keep our house clean and tidy and do laundry. We are two working parents with two children in a 4 bedroom house in East London, and ideally you would come in the morning and leave by lunchtime. We're looking for friendly person with high standards for keeping a house clean, ideally with good references and experience.
- Clean and tidy designated areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as required.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust surfaces, and polish fixtures etc
- Use cleaning equipment and products efficiently and responsibly, adhering to company guidelines.
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment for easy access and safety compliance.
- Do laundry with care, ironing clothes and putting them away
- Organize toy cupboards, kitchen cupboards, and other storage areas and keeping them in good order
Experience
- Strong attention to detail with
- Good references from two employers
- experience as a cleaner / housekeeper ideal but not required
- The ability to work around a family, including one adult who works from home, and look after the house and belongings conscientiously.
- Good organisational skills to manage time effectively during shifts.
We are good employers who can offer holiday pay for 4 weeks per year.
Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
