Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team, specialising in Emergency Lighting Systems. This role involves installation, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding of emergency lighting systems across a range of customer sites. You will be part of a professional, safety-focused team delivering high-quality electrical services.
Salary: £19.23per hour (40k annual)
Location: North East Region
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8:30-17:00ph
What You'll Be Doing:

Installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of emergency lighting systems

Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards

Accurately complete digital reports and documentation using handheld devices

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude

Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider team

Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements at all times
What You'll Bring:

City & Guilds 2367 or 2357 in Electrical Installation, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

18th Edition (BS7671) Certification – Requirements for Electrical Installations

Full, clean UK manual driving licence

Minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience working as an electrician

Strong safety-focused approach when working with customers and colleagues

Confident using IT systems, including handheld tablets and digital communication tools
