Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a busy environment and is motivated by supporting young people to succeed? We are seeking a dedicated SEND Officer to join our secondary school team and play a key role in ensuring high-quality provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities.
In this vital role, you will support the SEND department by coordinating essential processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting pupils and ensuring communication flows smoothly between staff, students, families, and external agencies. You will help to ensure that statutory requirements are met, documentation is up to date, and that the systems supporting SEND provision run efficiently and effectively.
You will be a confident communicator, a careful planner, and someone who can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Working closely with the SENDCo and wider school team, you will contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment where every learner can thrive.
