The Company
The company are a large, hugely successful international practice who are establishing themselves in London looking to hire an Architectural Technologist.
They have a small team of 15 people in London right now with plans to grow this to 25+ in the next 6-12 months. Globally they are nearly 200 people.
They are renowned for their excellence in the use of BIM (Revit), ability to execute complex large scale projects on site in addition to an award winning design team.
And guess what - they pay their staff good salaries and don't expect crazy amounts of overtime!

Projects
They already have completed, built projects in London, including a 5* hotel refurbishment in Mayfair and a large new-build residential scheme in London.
They have several projects onsite/going to site and current projects include a 30 storey new build, mixed-use project in East London (stages 3-5), a multi-unit residential scheme for a major developer (Stages 2-5), a large new-build hotel project in central London (Stages 3-5)
Future projects (several which are due to start imminently) include schemes at all RIBA work stages and various building typologies.

The Requirements
- A degree in architectural technology or related discipline would be advantageous
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience but more would be preferable
- Good experience working with Revit
- Experience working on stages 3-5 is beneficial but not essential
- Experience working on mid-large scale UK projects is desirable but not essential
Salary / benefits
- Salary is up to £52k depending on experience
- Annual bonus which can range from 5-10% of your basic salary
