This is a Self Employed Role
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure their safety and well-being
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
- Administer first aid and perform CPR if necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting patrons as needed
Requirements:
- Must possess current lifeguard certification, including CPR and First Aid training
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Note: Compliance management is not directly relevant to the responsibilities or requirements of a lifeguard position.

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
