Door Supervisors – Guildford

Bridgegate Security is recruiting Door Supervisors to join our established teams across a number of pubs, bars and nightclubs in Guildford.
With multiple venues in the area, we can offer regular Friday and Saturday night shifts, along with additional midweek work for those looking for more hours.
We're looking for professional, reliable people with good communication skills who understand that effective door supervision is as much about customer service and good judgement as it is dealing with incidents.

What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence – essential
- Smart, professional presentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and approachable with customers
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Confident working with venue management and colleagues
- Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
- Good judgement and the ability to adapt your approach to different venues and customers
Previous experience within pubs, bars or nightclubs is preferred but not essential. We're equally interested in newly qualified Door Supervisors with the right attitude, personality and approach.
