The Programme Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale network and automation transformation programmes across the logistics estate. The role ensures the end-to-end delivery of complex operational, technology, property and automation initiatives that support the organisation's long-term network strategy, capacity requirements and operational excellence objectives.
Working across multiple stakeholders, including operations, engineering, technology, property, procurement, finance, third-party logistics providers and automation vendors, the Programme Manager will establish robust governance, manage programme risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery of agreed business case benefits
