Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bathroom & Kitchen Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining bathroom and kitchen fittings in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities
- Installing bathroom suites, kitchen units, and associated fixtures with precision and care
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fitting
- Using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialised tools to carry out installations
- Performing plumbing tasks including pipework, drainage, and water supply connections
- Assembling components and fixtures securely in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer instructions
- Conducting quality checks to ensure fittings are correctly installed and functioning properly
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
- Maintaining a clean and organised work site throughout each project
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively
- Strong plumbing skills with experience in pipework and drainage systems
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to bathroom and kitchen fittings installation
- Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during fitting processes
- Carpentry skills for cutting, shaping, and assembling fixtures or cabinetry
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work on ladders or scaffolding at heights when required
- Experience with commercial driving or the ability to operate company vehicles is advantageous but not essential
- Assembly skills for fitting appliances, fixtures, and customised components accurately
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship

Pay: £200.00-£220.00 per day
