We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. You will help create inspiring environments that encourage curiosity, independence, and a love for nature and exploration.

We are seeking someone who is:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years
- Passionate about early years education and child development
- Loyal, dedicated, and a positive team player
- Enthusiastic about outdoor learning and forest school
- Interested in or experienced with the Curiosity Approach
- Caring, patient, and committed to providing high-quality childcare
- Able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Support children’s learning through play, exploration, and outdoor experiences
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Observe, assess, and plan for children’s development
- Work as part of a supportive and passionate team
- Promote the ethos of the Curiosity Approach and forest school learning
