Job Title: Operations Support Lead

Role Overview
The Operations Support Lead plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day efficiency of the business by providing operational and administrative support, while overseeing the bookings team on a daily basis.
This role acts as a central point of coordination, ensuring processes are followed, tasks are completed accurately, and operational activities run smoothly. The position does not carry full management responsibility but provides guidance, support, and structure to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Oversight
- Act as the primary point of contact for the bookings team for day-to-day queries
- Provide guidance and support to ensure consistency in working practices
- Assist with prioritisation of workloads where required
- Promote adherence to company processes and standards
Operational Support
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to senior management
- Assist with the coordination of operational activities across the business
- Prepare, organise, and manage operational data, reports, and documentation
- Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Coordination & Communication
- Support communication between bookings, engineering, and administrative functions
- Ensure information is accurately shared between teams
- Follow up on outstanding actions and maintain progress on operational tasks
Process & Compliance Support
- Support the implementation and consistent use of internal processes
- Identify areas for improvement within day-to-day operations
- Assist in maintaining accuracy and compliance across operational activities
Problem Resolution
- Handle day-to-day operational queries and issues
- Resolve routine problems independently where possible
- Escalate more complex issues appropriately

- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good understanding of operational processes (ideally within a service-based environment)
