Duties
- Provide professional barbering services, including haircuts, trims, and styling tailored to client preferences
- Offer excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station and tools
- Advise clients on suitable styles and grooming products based on their individual needs
- Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to during service delivery
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and maximise client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide professional advice
- Valid barbering qualification recognised within the UK
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
- Organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
Pay: £33,600.00-£40,320.97 per year
