Experienced Commercial Dry Liners Required
18 Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Dry Liners to join a long-term commercial warehouse project in CB8.
This is a large industrial development where you'll be installing fire-rated metal stud partition walls within warehouse units. We're looking for operatives with previous commercial drylining experience who are confident working from drawings and installing Fireline systems.
Duties:
- Installing metal stud partition walls
- Fixing head and floor channels
- Installing Fireline plasterboard
- Fitting fire/acoustic insulation
- Boarding both sides of partitions
- Closing partitions to the underside of the profiled roof
- Cutting boards accurately to suit roof profiles
- Fire sealing and masticing where required
- Working from construction drawings
Requirements:
- Previous commercial drylining experience
- Experience with metal stud partition systems
- Fire-rated partition wall experience preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Own tools
- Valid CSCS Card
- Good attitude and reliability
