As a Back of House team Member, you'll play a key part in delivering an efficient service whilst maintaining the standards of guest service and teamworking required by the role. You will also be responsible for maintaining the required stock levels of cleaning materials as well as the cleanliness of any stock rooms where this are stored to adhere to any relevant legal requirements with regards to hygiene & health and safety.
You will be part of a bigger team supporting other departments deliver quality products and services across our outlets. Here’s what you will be expected to do:
- To work as an individual and as part of a team by taking ownership for your immediate working area / section
- To maintain the areas for which you are responsible to the highest standards of cleanliness and to ensure that they are in an orderly manner.
- To maintain the required stock levels of cleaning materials as well as the cleanliness of any stock rooms
- Applying and maintaining cleaning standards set by Saeker, H&S auditors.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed as required and any hygiene or safety issue reported to the appropriate person
