Responsibilities
- Perform professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and de-shedding tailored to each dog’s breed and individual needs
- Assess each dog’s coat condition, skin health, and temperament to determine appropriate grooming procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized grooming station to ensure the comfort of pets and safety of staff
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their preferences and provide grooming recommendations
- Handle dogs with care and patience, ensuring a stress-free experience for every pet
- Assist with animal care tasks such as bathing, drying, brushing, and minor health checks when needed
- Follow all safety protocols related to animal handling, equipment use, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Qualified Groomer
- Strong animal care skills with an understanding of different breeds’ grooming needs
- Excellent customer service abilities to engage pet owners positively and professionally
- 2 years experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners, with patience and gentle handling skills
