Class Workwear Ltd supplies and personalises professional workwear for businesses, offering embroidery and printing services to create high-quality branded workwear.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us increase sales, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with customers.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new customers while developing existing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote Class Workwear Ltd's workwear, embroidery and printing services.
- Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and follow opportunities through to completion.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth delivery of orders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proven B2B sales or account management experience (preferably in workwear, uniforms, or a similar product industry).
- Experienced in business development, sales or account management.
- Confident communicating with business owners, managers and purchasing decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, proactive and target-driven.
- Able to generate new leads and turn opportunities into sales.
- Excellent at building professional relationships.
- Organised, commercially minded and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in workwear, clothing, embroidery, printing or a related industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Pay: £25,420.00-£65,849.02 per year
