About Gullivers
Gullivers Farm Shop & Kitchen is part of a growing Social Enterprise focused on seasonal food, sustainability, farming, and community. We work alongside adults with varying support needs to create meaningful opportunities through real working environments across our kitchen, farm shop, farm, and market garden.
We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and team-focused Chef to join our growing kitchen team, working closely alongside our Kitchen Lead to help deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard.
This role is primarily daytime-focused, with flexibility required during busy seasonal periods, including occasional evenings, weekends, supper clubs, and special events.
What the Role Involves
· Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
· Supporting breakfast, lunch, deli items, cakes, specials, and seasonal menu offerings
· Working with seasonal and organic produce where possible
· Supporting kitchen organisation, stock rotation, and food safety procedures
· Working collaboratively with the Kitchen Lead and wider kitchen team
· Supporting a positive, calm, and inclusive kitchen culture
· Working alongside adults with varying support needs within a meaningful working environment
· Supporting seasonal events, supper clubs, and community activities

· Previous experience within a professional kitchen
· Strong practical cooking skills
