Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
- Accurately record and update customer information through data entry systems
- Provide detailed information about products and services, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to maximise customer engagement
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and communication skills during all interactions
- Analyse customer needs to offer tailored solutions and resolve issues promptly
- Assist customers with enquiries, complaints, or requests with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve organisational goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
- Ability to analyse situations quickly and provide effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services tactfully without being pushy
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required; previous experience in a multilingual environment is a plus
Pay: £24,420.00-£38,479.80 per year
