Part-Time Host – Kitten Restaurant, Manchester
As a Host at Kitten Restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and professional welcome while creating an exceptional first impression. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, assist with guest enquiries, and work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. The ideal candidate is friendly, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment with excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience in a host, receptionist, or front-of-house role within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue.
- Confident using reservation systems and managing guest bookings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional in a busy environment.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
