Job Title: Luxury & Sports Car Sales Executive

The role
We’re seeking a confident, polished Sales Executive to join our team. You will call and follow up on leads daily, arrange and manage appointments, conduct high-end vehicle presentations and close sales. A key part of the role is creating social media content — you must be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand online.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify incoming leads (phone, email, CRM).
- Arrange and manage sales appointments, test drives and client follow-ups.
- Present vehicles, features and bespoke options to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet individual and showroom targets.
- Create on-camera social media content (short-form video, livestreams, reels) and participate in showroom marketing activities (we have a videographer, you will not be fillming/editing yourself).
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive, luxury goods or high-value B2C sales.
- Confident phone manner, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable and camera-ready for regular social media content.
- Professional appearance, high attention to detail and ability to build rapport with affluent clients.
- Full UK/EU driving licence (or local equivalent) and clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and team-oriented.
