Sales and Production Compliance Administrator
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales, Production Compliance and Logistics Administrator to support our sales, production and logistics teams. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, sales data, documentation, order fulfilment and internal processes, while helping ensure that sales activity, production records and logistics coordination are accurate, compliant and well managed.
About the Role
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the customer journey, helping to convert sales opportunities into well-managed orders and ensuring they move smoothly through production, dispatch and delivery. You will provide proactive administrative support across sales documentation, order processing, production records, compliance checks, logistics coordination and reporting, helping keep customers informed and internal teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the sales team by, sales orders, customer documentation and related commercial records accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain production administration records, including job sheets, schedules, batch information and supporting documentation.
· Support compliance processes by checking that required paperwork, certifications, specifications and records are complete and up to date.
· Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure orders progress smoothly.
· Coordinate logistics administration, including delivery paperwork, dispatch information, carrier or courier updates and customer delivery requirements.
· Assist with audit preparation, document control and maintaining compliance trackers.
· Update internal systems, spreadsheets and databases with accurate sales, production and compliance information.
· Monitor deadlines, chase outstanding information and escalate issues where required.
· Help identify opportunities to improve sales administration, logistics coordination, accuracy and efficiency.
About You
· Previous experience in administration, sales support, order processing, production administration, logistics administration, compliance administration or a similar role.
· Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data and documents.
· Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
· A proactive, practical approach to problem solving.
· Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, quality, compliance or regulated environments would be advantageous.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
