We are an established Folkestone-based building contractor delivering high-quality work, specialising in house extensions, loft conversions, renovations, roofing and commercial refurbishment throughout South East Kent.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced Multi Trader.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trader to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of works to extensions, loft conversions, repair, and refurbishment works across domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi Trader, you'll carry out a range of building and finishing works, including:
- First & Second Fix Carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, stud walls)
- General plumbing repairs and installations (pipework, radiator changes)
- Patch plastering and tiling
- Painting, decorating and high-quality finishing
- Mastic application and snagging works
- General building maintenance and repairs
- Working safely with power tools and maintaining clean, organised work areas
- Delivering a high standard of workmanship while working independently or as part of a team
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 10 years' proven experience as a Multi Trader or all-round construction operative
- Excellent knowledge across multiple trades
- Own hand and power tools required
- Full PPE
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
Desirable:
- CSCS Card
- Background in carpentry, plumbing or drylining
