We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing team in Buckingham.
The Opportunity
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality products while ensuring production schedules are achieved efficiently and accurately. Working as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, you'll help maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manufacture products in line with daily production requirements and agreed schedules.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure all batches are produced accurately and consistently.
- Handle and prepare ingredients safely while maintaining excellent stock control practices.
- Maintain strict allergen management controls and uphold food safety standards.
- Carry out routine quality, compliance, and traceability checks throughout production.
- Ensure raw materials, equipment, and resources are available to support smooth operations.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Assist with product trials and the introduction of new products into manufacturing.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
- Support audits, customer visits, and continuous improvement activities.
- Help onboard and train new colleagues where required.
- Work collaboratively with teams including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve processes.
