Chef : Full-time, permanent position, with above average rates of pay for the right, hardworking individual, negotiable (depending on experience). Working as part of a team under the direction of the Head Chef. Must have an excellent work ethic, reliable and 3 years experience of working in a busy kitchen as a chef.. Duties include assisting the Head Chef in his duties, running the pass, preparation of fresh food serving a range of dishes including pizzas and making pizza dough from scratch, kitchen management, ensuring kitchen is clean and tidy as well as stock rotation/ordering, assisting with staff training etc. Must have excellent communication skills and be flexible with shifts (4/5 days out of 7). Rota system in place. Tip scheme available. Pension scheme available. Reliability is key. Pizza experience is essential. No time waster.
