Arcade is moving and we are looking for a Head Barista for our new premesis in Huddersfield Town Centre.
Arcade is looking for a Head Barista who knows great coffee, great service and how to keep a busy café running smoothly.
You’ll lead the coffee side of Arcade, keep standards high, train the team and help develop new drinks and ideas. You should be confident with espresso, dialling in, milk steaming and keeping up with current coffee trends.
We will also be serveing breakfast, brunch and sandwiches from a deli counter, so food service experience is important. You’ll be part of the wider team and comfortable helping service run properly when it gets busy.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong barista experience, ideally in a senior role
- Excellent customer service and confidence with regulars
- Experience working in cafés, brunch spots or food-led venues
- A genuine interest in coffee and current trends
- A calm, organised approach during busy shifts
