The Role
Depending on the event, your duties may include:
- General event preparation and preparation of event spaces
- Setting up tables, chairs, bars and equipment
- Bar work, including serving drinks and keeping the bar area clean and organised
- Food preparation, service and clearing tables
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional customer service
- Assisting with event breakdown and clearing the venue
- Supporting the wider event team to ensure each event runs smoothly
- Following health, safety, hygiene and venue procedures
About You
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and varying event hours
- Professional and well-presented
- Able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Previous hospitality, bar, catering or events experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided
