Summary
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Lilliput Montessori Day Nurseries in the UK. This role is vital in nurturing and educating young children, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional childcare.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance nursery practices.
- Maintain accurate records of children's achievements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the emotional and social development of each child.
- Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (mandatory).
- Proven experience working in a nursery or similar setting (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team (preferred).
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles (preferred).
- Proficiency in English (somewhat relevant).
- Driving license (poor relevance).
