We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our Front of House team. Whether you're serving gelato, chatting with customers, making coffees or keeping the shop looking its best, you'll play a huge part in creating the experience we're known for.
You don't need years of hospitality experience. What matters most is your attitude. If you're enthusiastic, enjoy learning, work well with others and genuinely care about doing a great job, we'll teach you the rest.

Working Hours
This is a part-time position designed to fit around study or other commitments.
Typical shifts include:
- 8:00am-5:00pm
- 12:00pm/1:00pm-5:00pm/6:00pm
- 5:00pm/6:00pm-Close
Weekend and evening availability is essential.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers with a smile and providing great service.
- Serving gelato, drinks and other products.
- Taking orders accurately and confidently.
- Learning our products so you can answer questions and make recommendations.
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and well presented.
- Working closely with the rest of the team during busy periods.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Helping us create an experience that keeps people coming back.

Pay: £12.70-£13.00 per hour
