Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties at multiple client sites, including offices, retail outlets, and industrial facilities.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers etc
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, mopping, sweeping, disinfecting surfaces, and waste disposal.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution.
- Manage your schedule effectively to cover assigned locations within designated timeframes.
- Keep accurate records of completed tasks and supplies used during each shift.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple sites efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results consistently.
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately.
- Valid driver’s license or access to reliable transportation is preferred for mobile site coverage.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Enhanced DBS certificate or willing to undertake checks.
