Demolition Operative
Location: Shotton, Deeside (CH5)
Rate: £18.00 per hour
Duration: 3 Weeks

Recruit 4 Construction are looking for an experienced Demolition Operative to join a demolition team on a 3-week internal strip-out project in Shotton, Deeside (CH5)
Requirements
Applicants must hold:
- CCDO Card (essential)
- Face Fit Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness
- Full PPE
Duties
Working alongside an experienced demolition team, your responsibilities will include:
- Internal soft strip demolition.
- Removal of furniture, fixtures and fittings.
- Lifting and removing carpets and floor coverings.
- Ceiling removal.
- Removal of wall tiles and plaster.
- Demolition of internal walls and partitions.
- Transporting demolition waste to designated skip locations.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
- Working in accordance with all site health & safety procedures.
This is a physically demanding role and would suit someone with previous demolition experience who enjoys working as part of a professional demolition team.
Pay: £18.00 per hour
