- Implementing proven business development and marketing strategies
- Responding to genuine enquiries from prospective clients
- Building professional relationships through a structured process
- Conducting introductory discovery conversations
- Using digital tools and AI-supported systems to manage lead engagement
- Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and personal development
