Supervisor / Duty Manager – The Crofter Bar & Restaurant, Fort William
Looking for a strong supervisor / duty manager to join the team at The Crofter in Fort William.
Busy venue with strong food and bar trade so need someone thats good under pressure, can handle busy services and help keep the place running smooth.
Need someone that can lead from the front, deal with staff properly, handle customer issues when needed and help keep standards high.
What we are looking for:
- Previous supervisor or management experience in hospitality
- Someone confident running busy shifts
- Good with staff and customers
- Reliable and organised
- Hard working with a good attitude
- Flexible with weekends and evenings
Main duties:
- Running shifts
- Opening and closing
- Helping manage front of house team
- Cash handling and tills
- Keeping standards high
- Helping with general day to day running of the venue
- Helping keep a good atmosphere for staff and customers
