Job Summary
We require the following staff to work within our service supporting adults with learning disabilities and needs that challenge.
Applicants should be motivated, committed and demonstrate good communication skills to support people, to feel enabled and empowered to achieve and make choices and decisions in leading their lives. East View Housing is a person lead company who strives to enhance the lives of people with a learning disability.
Full time and Part time positions available.
You will be required to work within a small group of homes in Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea. You will be a part of a team working shifts which will include days, evenings, weekends and either wakeful or sleep in nights. Responsibilities will include personal care, key working and some administrative duties.
