Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
PLEASE NOTE: ESSENTIAL CRITERIA - Before applying, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

- Driving: Ideally, you are a car driver with access to a vehicle due to the rural location of our services across South Shropshire.
- Location: We are seeking local applicants based in Ludlow and the surrounding areas.

You will work in the community and in people's homes to build trust, respect independence, and explore needs rather than assuming them. Your role includes:
- Daily Living: Helping with household tasks, shopping, and socialising.
- Personal Care: Supporting daily routines with dignity and privacy.
- Health & Wellbeing: Assisting with medication and health appointments.
- Community: Facilitating hobbies, fun, and maintaining family relationships.
