We need a handyman for our busy agency. You will work independently with your own tools, and we will pay for materials. The work will be around south London but may need occasional trips to north London.
Fixed amount £25 per hour

You will be carrying out work on residential properties.
- You need to have your own tools and van. The work will involve very dirty properties and sometimes deal with difficult tenants.
- You will need to be able to communicate and use common sense
- You must complete work in a timely manner
- You must call or respond to calls from the office to let them know what’s happening
Duties are:
- To change locks
- Glazing
- Bathroom installations
- Door Repairs
- Kitchen installations
- Fitting floors
- Resolving plumbing Issues
- Painting
- Toilet repairs
- Moving furniture
Pay: £25.00 per hour
