The Supply Register are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support Primary Schools within the Warwick area. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a genuine difference in the classroom.
We have a range of opportunities available, including day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements.
The Role

Supporting with day-to-day classroom activities.

Working with individuals and small groups to support learning.

Providing additional support to pupils who may need extra help.

Helping students develop confidence, independence and social skills.

Creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:

Previous experience working with children or young people

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

A patient, caring and positive approach

The ability to build strong relationships with pupils.

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliability and a professional attitude
Relevant experience doesn't have to come from a school. Experience in youth work, childcare, sports coaching, support work, tutoring or other roles involving children and young people can also be valuable.
