Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Barista/Bartender to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and soft drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver prompt service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista/bartender station in accordance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate billing.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote special offers or menu items.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently, including food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a similar role is essential
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
