As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a safe, nurturing and family-style environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, child-centred care and support to children and young people.
- Build positive, trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing and personal development.
- Support children with their daily routines, education, hobbies and independence skills.
- Encourage participation in social, recreational and community activities.
- Promote positive behaviour using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
- Safeguard and protect children at all times, following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate daily records, reports and documentation.
- Support with household tasks to create a clean, safe and welcoming home environment.
- Administer medication where trained and authorised.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
- Participate in shift work, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins as required.

- Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
- Full UK driving licence.
