Air Conditioning & Ventilation Service Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Ventilation Service Engineer to join our growing commercial team.
This is a service-focused role where you'll be responsible for fault-finding, diagnostics, servicing and technical support across a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. You'll play a key role in identifying and resolving complex system issues, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring plant and equipment are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults on commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service works.
- Provide technical support and commissioning assistance where required.
- Ensure systems are operating safely, efficiently and in accordance with current regulations.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
- Support and mentor junior engineers as you progress towards a supervisory position.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of split, VRV/VRF, DX and ventilation systems.
- F-Gas Category 1 certification.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, customer-focused approach with the ambition to develop into a supervisory role.
